Earring Questions:

I only wear clip ons/I have gauged ears - can I get a hardware change?:

I can always swap out earrings to clip ons for non-pierced ears, or huggie hoops or hooks for gauged ears.  Please send me an email at thegoodekarmaco@gmail.com immediately after placing your order with your order number and request.

I don't like Gold/I don't like Silver will you switch to the metal I like?:

No sorry!  I do not offer metal changes for my earrings as I assemble them all before launching and it is a time intensive process.  Some of my earrings also have components that are only available in a certain metal, and are designed as such.

Are your earrings good for sensitive ears?:

All of my earrings are made with high quality, nickel free, hypoallergenic findings always.

How do I care for my clay earrings?:

These beautiful earrings are made out of polymer clay. While clay earrings are durable and made to last, please keep them away from water, and put them on after applying makeup and perfume to avoid staining or discoloration.  Avoid bending your earrings to avoid damage.

Do you offer customs?:

Currently, I offer custom wedding Mirabel earrings (please check out Custom Bridal Mirabels page for more information!) but I am not offering individual custom earrings at this time. 

Shipping Questions:

When will my earrings ship?:

Our current processing time (the time between your purchase and when your earrings are dropped at the post office) is 5-7 business days. 

I input the wrong address at checkout! Can I have a refund?:

Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders where the customer input the wrong address.  Our responsibility is to deliver packages to the address we are given.  Please be sure to check that your address is correct before purchasing. If your package is sent back to us due to a wrong address, you will have choice of a refund of the cost of the earrings minus the shipping cost, or to purchase the cost of a shipping label to have them sent to the updated address.  If your package is not returned to sender, unfortunately a refund will not be issued.  

My package was stolen! Can I have a refund?:

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and refunds will not be issued in this case.
