Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not except returns or exchanges sorry!  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Please note that refunds will not be issued for orders where the customer input the wrong address.  Our responsibility is to deliver packages to the address we are given.  Please be sure to check that your address is correct before purchasing.  We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and refunds will not be issued in this case.
